Missy ParamO

Founder

Chicago native, Missy Paramo, is a notable talent manager and producer. She founded LMP management in 2011. The artists she represents continue to work commercially as well as grow dance communities within North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Missy has produced events, educational industry intensives, and music videos including one for Disney's Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. 

After graduating from Loyola University Chicago (B.B.A. Business Management), Missy moved to LA to further her career. She aided in the expansion of Shaun Evaristo’s global brand, Movement Lifestyle. With mL, she created the dance studio, mL ONE, and globally recognized youth program, mLkids. Paramo then went on to build Dance on Demand for Gil Stroming and Break the Floor Productions and then aid Jackie Sleight with the branding and marketing of nationally acclaimed, LA DanceMagic. 

Paramo utilizes her knowledge of business and dance to work one on one with each artist to empower them in the development of their own brand. She strives to guide the potential of each individual, so that they are able to positively impact the lives of others. Paramo prefers to work with those who have a clear vision and desire to better the world around them.
